Fix a Fella and more

Here are a couple cards I did for a friend of my husband's company. I was happy how the fella came out. I have just a few Copic Markers (not enough to do all the cool shading) but I used my colorless blender marker to "erase" some of the color to try to give it more dimension. I was pleased....take a look. The stamps was FixaFella from Stamping Bella and the words were printed on the computer.

Father's Day for my Dad

Here is a card I made for my Dad for Father's Day. It is Fixafella from Stampingbella! This is perfect for my Dad! He can fix ANYTHING! Inside the card I used old beer caps and punched out pictures of my boys using a1" circle punch. Then I put Crystal Effects on top to give it the glossy look! I also hot glued a magnet on the back of the beer cap so he can put the pictures on his tool chest at work! :) (You can also glue a thumb tack and use them for bulletin boards)

Another Father's Day Card

My husband is not a huge beer drinking, but I just thought this Beerafella stamp from Stamping Bella was cute! I never saw anything like this before. I used my new Prismacolor pencils (I still have alot of practice to do) I'm not use to them yet.

My Husband's Father's Day Gift

I loved how this turned out! I "cased" the idea from a Creating Keepsakes magazine, but added the title "A Father is..." myself. Each of the pictures have titles that say stuff like (Fisherman, Soccer Coach, T-Ball Coach, and Storyteller, etc...) All the pictures are of my husband with our two boys. I used a 11x14 frame and took out the glass so he can pull the pictures out of the pocket. The "background" is a woven leather place mat that I cut down to size and the cork board was from a dollar store bulletin board that I cut apart to use only the cork board. The pocket was a clearance napkin I found at Garden Ridge I thought the colors were very masculine.

My New Bellas

My new Bellas from StampinBella.com came in a couple days ago! I can't wait to use my new Prismacolor pencils on these cuties..(fellas too). But I will have to wait a little long. I am in the process of completing a Scrapbook album for a new client. In fact, I better get back to work and get off the computer.

Huggybella Card

I just love this card! I used Huggybella from Stamping Bella. The brown ribbon is retired from Stampin'Up!'s Ribbon Originals Flirty Collection. The paper is also SU!'s Loves Me Designer Series paper. I used my Nestabilities to create the oval and scallopped oval. I got my Nestabilities 40% off from the website http://www.cutathome.com/. If you sign up for their newsletter you can get a 40% coupon every month! This card is larger because I had a long letter I wanted to write to someone special. It is a 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper folded in half. I used the Stampers Select white cardstock from Papertrey Ink it is great for coloring in your Bellas and as a THICK card base. You will not have any more cards that can't stand up because of all your favorite embellishments. I also used my SU! watercolor pencils to color in "my girls". Thanks for looking.

Cuppacakeabella Gift Bag

I just finished "wrapping" the gift for the birthday party. I thought the bag came out cute. I used the opposite side of the Designer Series paper from Stampin'Up! Then cut a straight line on the crease of the card and slipped it over the handles. I was just excited I had matching tissue paper! :)

Cuppacakeabella

My 3 year old son is going to a birthday party tomorrow for a little girl who is turning 3 too (and is just as precious as the bella sitting on the cupcake!) I used Stampin'Up!'s Watercolor Pencils and a blender pen to color my bella. You might not be able to see, but I also added Iridescent Ice (Stampin'up! embossing powder) to the cupcake and the spots on the bella's dress to add some sparkle. This bella is called Cuppacakeabella from Stamping Bella. The ribbon is also from Stampin'Up! it is the Flirty collections (but I believe it is retired already - sorry.) The pattern paper is the from the Designer Series of Stampin'Up called Loves Me (it was from a mini catalog I think.) Thanks for looking and have a good evening! :) My pizza & Hubby are waiting -----> It is my "free" night. Free of absorbing any calories! I wish haha.

RetailFellaBella

This would be a great Fairy Tale ending to a Saturday at the Galleria! This is another great stamp setcalled RetailFellaBella from the Stamping Bellas. These little stamps are addicting! I have been using my Stampin'Up! Markers to color in these images. My markers are getting a little warn in though and the tips are not as sharp anymore. I would love to get the Copics....but....we will just have to see.

P.S. Happy Birthday Lori!

Ipodabella

Here are two cards I did with the Ipodabella from Stamping Bella. The silly thing is...I don't even have an Ipod, but I thought my Husband would get a kick out of the Rockstar saying. I used the faux embossing technique with the Stampin'Up! small star punch. Then used the large Stampin'Up! punch to punch out the word "Rockstar". I used the White Uni-Ball Signo pen to create the faux stitching on the star.

The "You Rock" is from the Essential Sentiments from My Favorite Things.

Thanks for looking!

My Mother-In-Law is a Realtor, so when I saw this stamp I thought of her and had to get it :) It called Sellabella from Stamping Bella.

Welcome to the World of Bellas!

Well, I finally "travel" outside the world of Stampin'Up! and purchased some new stamps. I posted a stamps set from My Favorite Things earlier. Now, I'm introducing the Bellas! These girls are adorable and I can't help but fall in love with all the cute stamps. The company is called Stamping Bella! Take a look, I'm sure you will fall in love with them too! This was my first Bella card I created! I just love her!
